Shipping Policy: Body Confidence Piercings
1. Processing and Fulfilment
Order Processing: Orders are processed by our fulfilment partner within 3-7 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends/holidays).
Fulfilment Location: To offer you the widest range of implant-grade titanium jewellery at the best prices, all orders are shipped directly from our international fulfilment centre.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to international shipping and potential customs inspections, delivery times can occasionally exceed the estimate. We highly recommend ordering jewellery well in advance of any specific need.
3. Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.
Please allow 3-7 days after shipment for the tracking number to become fully active as the package transfers between international carriers.
4. Customs, Duties, and Import VAT
We declare all items honestly. You, the customer, are responsible for any customs duties, taxes (including Import VAT), or fees levied by the UK or Irish customs authorities upon arrival of the package.
Body Confidence Piercings is not responsible for these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
5. Damages, Loss, and Non-Delivery
Lost/Non-Delivery: If your order has not arrived within 35 working days of the shipping date, please contact us. We will then treat the package as lost and arrange a replacement or refund, where applicable.
Risk of Loss: Once your order is handed over to the international courier, the risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer.
